Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland Great Britain only: England, Scotland and Wales.

We are not currently able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or BFPO addresses.

We are also unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or the Isles of Scilly. This covers the postcode areas IV, HS, KW, ZE, KA27 to KA28, PA20 to PA78, PH17 to PH50 and TR21 to TR25. If an order is placed to one of these areas we will contact you and refund it in full.

We do not ship internationally.

Cost

Delivery is £6.95.

Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more.

Prices on this site include VAT. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Timescales

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery is by DPD on a next working day service, so your order should arrive the working day after it is dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Where something outside our control delays an order we will tell you as soon as we can.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within three working days of the dispatch email, email hello@canolbeer.com with your order number and we will chase it with our fulfilment partner.

Damaged or incomplete orders

If a parcel is visibly damaged when the driver hands it to you, you can refuse the delivery. It will come straight back to us and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If you only notice the damage after opening the box, or your order is missing anything, email hello@canolbeer.com within 30 days of dispatch. A photograph of the outer box and the cans helps us resolve it quickly, and in most cases means you will not need to send anything back.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your address and contact details carefully before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for a delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details given at checkout, and any cost of redelivery in those circumstances is yours.
