What Makes us Different?

  1. Grain bill

A unique mix of grains. Lager and Vienna malts for a soft, toasty base. Maize for a smooth, light body. Wheat for a lasting, creamy foam. Each one earns its keep.

  2. Reducing carbs

A long, careful fermentation, with a little help from a natural enzyme that helps reach every last bit of sweetness. The carbs come down. The alcohol stays put. The body and flavour stay full. Lovely.

  3. Method

Three grains. Careful fermentation. 28 days resting cold. The flavours settle, the finish cleans up, the lager finds its feet. Patiently. There's no other way to make it.

FAQs

Your Questions, Answered

Patient brewing, mostly. Our extra precise fermentation process lets our yeast reach more of the sugars — fewer carbs end up in the lager. Most low-carb beers cut flavour & body to get there. We don't. And it's 4.5% ABV.

Yes. Brewed gluten-free without compromising the body or flavour.

330ml of standard lager is around 140 calories and 10g carbs. Canol Lager has 35% fewer calories and 85% fewer carbs than standard lager.

Yes, absolutely.

Most low-carb lagers cut the alcohol to cut the carbs. That's the easy way. We prefer the scenic route - our patient brew brings the carbs down but keeps the ABV at 4.5%.

Cold, in a glass. Pour gently for a creamy head. Best enjoyed slow & steady, with no plans for the rest of the day.
